2006-01-27 [RabidSphinx]: i haven't been sleeping either...laid in bed watching the tele until 3am, then turned that off and read until about 5...i think i almost dozed until 6 when my mom got up, then laid in bed till 8:30 when i decided to get up and work out and weight myself...><; why can't you sleep? me is because of stess and bad medication

2006-01-28 [Kagomeyasha]: Mines probably stress, because I get overwhelmed easily. I sit there and listen to music for hours. it sucks. Sorry that you can't sleep. =/ meds suck, I know that I'm depressed, but I refuse to take meds cause they'll make me feel worse. XD

2006-01-28 [RabidSphinx]: we all have a gland in our neck called a Thyroid that controls our metabolism. someone with Graves disease has a Thyroid that does not work properly (either too much or too little) mine was working too much and i was wasting away...i looked like i was starving to death and my heart was racing all the time, and my bones were having the calcium sucked out of them, and all that, so i had my Thyroid killed with radiation and i'm on medications now to take over what my Thyroid once did...but they are not right and my heart and shit are messed up still
